Privacy Policy
BubbleJet is a free browser game in which you guide a bubble through hydrothermal vent formations deep underwater. This policy describes what data surfaces when you play.
1. Information We Collect
Our data collection rises no higher than it must. We may receive:
- Standard browser HTTP headers your device sends with any web request — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URL.
- Your personal best vent count, stored only in your browser's local storage and never transmitted anywhere.
- Anonymous aggregate session counts that cannot identify any individual player.
2. How We Use Information
We use data only to keep the vents flowing (maintain the game), remove blockages (fix bugs), and understand general play statistics. No advertising, no profiling, no selling.
3. Local Storage
Your best ascent is stored in local browser storage only. Clear browser data and it pops — we retain no server copy.
4. Third-Party Services
Fonts load from Google Fonts via a standard browser HTTP request. No other external services receive your data.
5. Children's Privacy
BubbleJet contains no violent content, no gambling, and no in-app purchases. The bubble simply pops when it contacts a vent wall. Suitable for all ages. We do not collect data from users under 13.
6. Data Retention
Server log files, where applicable, are kept for a limited operational period then deleted. Local gameplay data stays on your device subject to your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable law you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Our minimal data collection limits the practical scope of such requests.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data we handle. No internet transmission is entirely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy by revising the date above. Continuing to rise means you accept any updates.
